From volunteer youth guidance programs to professional mentoring groups or lifestyle coaches, mentorships come in all shapes and sizes.
There is a common thread throughout each of these relationships: Both parties walk away from the mentorship having gained something invaluable, whether professional insight or a lifelong friendship — or in some cases, both.
